Terms & Conditions



  • Reward vouchers can only be earned on bookings in the loyalty members name with the loyalty member present for the stay.
  • Membership can only be made in one surname and one first name.
  • Qualifying bookings must be made direct with the hotel in the members name; this can be a direct phone call, a direct email or direct booking through hotels website (booking button or smart escapes).
  • To use a voucher a booking must be a qualifying booking.
  • Membership number must be given before or at check in for rewards dollars to be applied.
  • Reward dollars apply immediately from time of enrolment.
  • Reward dollars earned will be applied to the voucher in the month of the check out date.
  • Monies paid with rewards voucher will not contribute to new rewards monies.
  • Rewards dollars can be earned on up to two rooms simultaneously, provided other terms and conditions are met.
  • Reward dollars are calculated at 10% of qualifying accommodation only. 
  • Membership cards can be used the following hotels: at Waters Edge Resort, at Marina Shores, at Waterfront Whitsundays Retreat 18+, Blue Horizon Resort Apartments and at Whitsunday Vista Resort; hotels may be added or removed at the sole discretion of at Hotel Group.
  • Cancellation fees, either $50 or first night deposit, do not contribute to rewards monies.
  • Packaged bookings do not earn rewards dollars, vouchers cannot be redeemed on packaged bookings. 
  • at Hotel Group reserves the right to cancel the loyalty program at any time without notice.
  • at Hotel Group reserves the right to cancel individual membership should a member break tenancy agreement with a hotel, with no accumulated rewards dollars rewarded.
  • at Hotel Group reserves the right to cancel individual membership should vouchers be reproduced and attempts be made to reuse a voucher.
  • at Hotel Group reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty program, changes are displayed on the at Hotel Group website.
  • Once a payment has been made, a hotel cannot reverse or refund payment to use a voucher.
  • An additional housekeeping servicing of the apartment is not considered accommodation for the purpose of this rewards program.


  • Vouchers have strict six month validity; the check in date must be with the voucher expiry date.
  • Voucher must be presented and surrendered at time of use.
  • Refunds/credits will not be given for unused vouchers or unused monies of vouchers.
  • Vouchers can be used in combination with another voucher, provided all vouchers are within expiry dates.
  • Rewards dollars do not apply to monies paid using vouchers. 
  • Vouchers are non-transferable.
  • Membership card must be presented when using voucher.
  • Upgrade vouchers can only be used on new bookings. 
  • Birthday bonus vouchers
    • Vouchers will be sent to the registered email at the beginning of the birthday month.
    • Birthdays in the month of enrolling will not be eligible for a birthday bonus until the following year.
    • Hotel must be informed of voucher usage at time of reservation.
    • Vouchers have a strict two month validity.
  • Thank you vouchers
    • Vouchers will be emailed to the member after enrolment. 
    • Vouchers have strict six month validity.
    • Hotel must be informed of voucher usage at time of reservation.
