Executive Housekeeper
Full Time | at Marina Shores

We are currently seeking a full time Executive Housekeeping Manager. The Executive Housekeeping Manager will be responsible to supervise all housekeeping employees, recruit and train new employees as needed, create and monitor the housekeeping roster, and manage the performance and conduct of the housekeeping team. In addition to managing the team you will organise inventories for guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen, and uniforms. You will have previous experience in the management of apartment cleaning, the ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and enjoy the challenges of the hospitality industry.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the properties
  • Ensure that apartments/rooms are made as per company standards
  • Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms.
  • Apply human resource management skills, such as hiring, training, rostering and evaluating performance
  • Develop and implement operating procedures and standards
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping teams
  • Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
  • Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a timings/budget
  • Ensure a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained
  • Promptly attending and resolving guest complaints
  • Handle administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous managerial experience in apartment cleaning is a must

Group Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a full time Group Operations Manager to join our team. The Group Operations Manager is responsible to ensure the continuing success of our properties by focusing on achieving team results and provide a high level of customer service by overseeing the day to day operation of our properties. Leading the team with a hands on approach is essential as this role is responsible for the operation of the hotel including but not limited to front desk, reservations, maintenance and housekeeping. It is essential that the successful candidate has a strong background in room division manager, in particular, strong housekeeping management, recruitment and training skills.   • Hold a current RLA licence areas or be willing to obtain one
